System of water filter processes used by companies ranging from water for production, sterilization, sanitation, and others that require the help of water. The water used may be derived from two artesian wells with a depth of each -masing approximately 200 meters. The processed water water treatment system is used for the production process as well as other supporting activities.
Raw water (RW) and the Drinking water (DRW)
Water from deep wells is pumped by a high pressure pump then stored in a raw water storage tank. Pre-treatment process begins with chlorination to kill bacteria, purify and oxidize heavy metals. Furthermore, the water is filtered using a sand filter and continued with carbon filter. Sand filter function to filter suspended particles and colloids. The sand in the sand filter is replaced every year or if it has been experiencing burnout. Carbon filter function removes toxins, color, smell and taste as well as free chlorine residual chlorination process. After that, the water is filtered by using a micron filter (bag filter) 50 μm which serves to remove small particles contained in the water and filter out the rest of the sand and carbon are carried away by the water.

Water For Injection (WFI)
The distillation process is used to produce pyrogen-free water. In the first stage, pure water is heated to a temperature of 150ºC steam plant that turns into steam. WFI is housed in two storage tanks, the LVP WFI storage tanks with a capacity of 12,000 liters and SVP WFI storage tanks with a capacity of 5,000 liter.WIFI then distributed in the form of WFI for CIP (Clean-In Place) and cold dingindan WFI to a mixing tank for the production process , During storage, cold WFI obtained from the process of cooling and relax by using Heat Exchanger, During storage, WFI circulate for 24 hours in hot conditions (75-85 ° C).
